Description
Water flow sensor consists of a plastic valve body, a water rotor, and a hall-effect sensor. When water flows through the rotor, rotor rolls. Its speed changes with different rate of flow. There is an integrated magnetic Hall-Effect sensor that outputs an electrical pulse with every revolution. The output can easily be connected to a microcontroller for monitoring water usage and calculating the amount of water remaining in a tank etc. It measures liquid/water flow for your solar, water conservation systems, storage tanks, water recycling home applications, irrigation systems and much more.
